Terms of Sale & 12-Month Industrial Warranty

1. Technical OEM Fitment & Dimensional Standards

BareBones Industrial replacement parts are manufactured to meet or exceed original equipment manufacturer (OEM) specifications. All dimensional tolerances, hydraulic flow curves, electrical resistance values, and metallurgical compositions published in our technical schematics are verified prior to regional warehouse stocking.

2. 12-Month Commercial Replacement Guarantee

Every mechanical and electrical wear component sold under the BareBones Industrial brand includes a full 12-month commercial replacement warranty against manufacturing defects, premature mechanical seal failure, or metallurgical breakdown under standard operating pressures and fluid temperatures.

3. Commercial Procurement & Net-30 Terms

Contractors and facility accounts approved for Net-30 invoicing agree to standard electronic payment within 30 calendar days of invoice dispatch. Unpaid accounts may experience temporary hold on automated 3PL replenishment allocations.

4. Limiting of Liability & Professional Installation

Industrial replacement wear components—including high-pressure triplex pumps, hydronic boiler circulators, high-voltage CO2 laser power supplies, and silicon nitride igniters—must be installed by licensed mechanical, electrical, or plumbing contractors adhering to local municipal codes, OSHA regulations, and ASME safety standards.
